Q. How Do I Budget for One-Time Expenses?

Written by Amy Scholl | Published on January 15, 2016

A. You may have expenses that are not consistent each month or happen only one time. The best way to budget for these expenses is to have an emergency fund. You can do this by listing them as a separate item on your budget sheet and setting up an automatic transfer to the account the money will be saved in.
