Jennifer discovered CA$H Maine through her work and quickly felt inspired to get involved. Today, she volunteers as a tax preparer, using her time and skills to support individuals and families during tax season.

“Volunteering as a tax preparer has been great for me,” Jennifer says. “It’s definitely been a learning journey. This work allows me to connect individually with others and provide a needed and appreciated service to the clients.”

For Jennifer, one of the most rewarding aspects of volunteering is the opportunity to keep learning. Every tax season brings new experiences, and she appreciates being part of a supportive network of fellow volunteers. “I like that I am always learning something new and that there is a pool of other tax preparers to draw on when I need help,” she adds.
