You May Qualify for FREE Tax Prep!
Confidential Federal & State filing in Sanford and Biddeford
January through mid-April
Since 2002, the York County CA$H Free Tax Prep program has helped nearly 2,300 eligible York County residents collect $5.5 million in federal and state tax refunds at IRS-sponsored VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) sites in Sanford, Biddeford, Limerick and Kittery.
Even if you are not required to file a tax return because of low earnings in 2012—maybe a part time or temp job for just a couple of weeks—we don’t want you to miss out on getting a refund that could total hundreds of dollars or more!
You may be eligible for our Free Tax Prep Service if you meet just one of the following:
1. You qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
or
2. You participate in any York County Community Action income-based programs
